We are very proud to boast that 3 Youth female players from Lochaber R.F.C. who progressed their career in rugby to earn International Caps, i.e. Rachael (Nicolson) Whyte, Katie Dougan and Helen Nelson. Helen went on to Vice Captain Scotland, then Captain, as well as Vice-Captain of the Barbarians team and is still currently playing
