Process for a Life, Playing & Social Membership Application

• • Applicant submits a written membership application and sends it to the Membership Secretary,
• • Membership Secretary will forward application to the Board and it will be discussed at next Board meeting which is held on the first Monday of every month
• No payment is taken at this stage
• • The Club Secretary will inform the Membership Secretary of the decision made.
• • The Membership Secretary will inform the applicant of the Board’s decision in writing.
• • If membership is approved the Membership Secretary will contact the applicant to inform them and provide them with information on making their membership payment
• • If a membership application is declined, the applicant may appeal the decision. They will be informed by email and the reason why and their right to submit an appeal. There is no time limit for submitting an appeal. Appeals must be made in writing and addressed to the Membership Secretary who will inform the Committee. If an appeal is submitted, the process will restart.
