With such a historic week in Lochaber Rugby Clubs history it's with great sadness that we inform the members of the club, of the passing at the weekend of Ronnie Young.

Ronnie was one of the founder members of Lochaber RFC, and was the first Captain back in 1969 playing for the club for many years . In recent years Ronnie has been on hand to present the trophy to winners of Highland RFC V Lochaber RFC playing for the Two Ronnie's Challenge Cup.

The whole club sends our love and condolences to Helen and family. His funeral service will be held on Monday 28th April at Innis -na- Birlinn Burial Ground at 12 noon. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Alzheimer's Scotland
