Scotland will start their campaign on Saturday 3 February, travelling to the Principality Stadium to take on Wales aiming to retain the Doddie Weir Cup.
They will then welcome France to Edinburgh on Saturday 10 February, completing the opening block of fixtures.
Scotland will host England at BT Murrayfield on Saturday 24 February, and will look to retain the Calcutta Cup for a fourth consecutive year.
Following this Scotland travel away to Stadio Olympico to take on Italy on Saturday 9 March.
And to finish, Scotland will travel to the Aviva Stadium, Dublin to take on Ireland on Saturday 16 March.
